Return Authorisation Form

This form can be used for:

  • Claiming for damaged stock
  • Rejected orders i.e. oversupply, incorrect order,

within 14 days of delivery.

This form may also be used to notify Dyson of shortages (missing goods) within 14 days of scheduled delivery.

It is important to note that Authorisations are not guaranteed claims. Claims by Retailers are to be made in accordance with Dyson's returns policy,i.e damage/defects apparent on delivery, or for errors in quantity or type of good delivered, must be made within 14 days, RA's will no be issued where return are well outside this range.
