Return Authorisation Form
This form can be used for:
- Claiming for damaged stock
- Rejected orders i.e. oversupply, incorrect order,
within 14 days of delivery.
This form may also be used to notify Dyson of shortages (missing goods) within 14 days of scheduled delivery.
